Purchases from Aqua-Guard Pool Products Inc. can only ship to destinations within Canada. Orders of $99 or more will receive Free Shipping in Canada. Orders below $99 are eligible for a $19.99 flat-rate Shipping Fee across Canada

We cannot guarantee shipping times to remote locations or postal codes that are difficult to serve.

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide.

Order processing is 1 – 3 business days. Shipping time estimates vary depending on your location and method of delivery chosen.

NOTE: All Heat Pump Shipments will be sent with Residential Tailgate Service. Delivery appointment and signature will be required. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Allow 3-5 days for arrival once order has shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

Should you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at wecare@aquaguardpoolproducts.ca.

Orders will be accepted and prepared for shipping as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel an order already processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel the order in which case, the order will be subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

LOST ORDERS OR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Lost items or items not received must be reported within 14 days. Please contact us at wecare@aquaguardpoolproducts.ca to report items lost or not received.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Damaged product either through shipping or inside the box, must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on damaged or incorrect orders.
