Each Dolphin Robot has been fingerprinted with its own 10 digit alphanumeric serial number. This number is located on a white sticker inside of your robot’s filter compartment. The filter basket(s) will need to be removed in order to locate and record this number.
Why is my serial number important?
Maytronics is always improving and adapting its Dolphin robots to be the industry’s best. Occasionally, changes are made to current models that may affect the parts you require. Your serial number will tell us exactly what parts were used to build your robot and prevent any order errors and returns!
