Make sure that the Magnetic cap is removed before charging or check for possible debris on the electrode of the charging head which could be preventing contact.
Ensure that your power supply is remaining ON throughout the cycle.
Remove the cleaner from the pool and check for any obstructions in the drive system.
Make sure that the robot is fully charged, filter basket is clean and the robot is fully submerged under water. Be sure to press the On/Off button after the cleaning settings are done, and that the indicator lights are on before putting the robot into water.
Confirm that the robot is charged and the filter basket is clean.
Inspect the impeller by first, re-installing the magnetic cap to avoid injuries. Check whether there is debris in the guide ring affecting the rotation of the impeller.
Remove the filter basket and confirm the water inlet is not blocked.
Check to see that the tracks are not damaged or misaligned.
Make sure that the basket is empty and that there are no obstacles stuck in the tracks or scrubbers.
Make sure the robot is in a wall climbing cleaning mode.
Check the water temperature. All robots work best in 65F or higher. When plastic components are really cold, traction is reduced.
