Very happy with Aquaguard
So happy I found a Chlorine puck without stabilizer in it…will never go back to stabilized pucks. My water is sparkling.
Had to change type of pucks due to high CYA readings and HTH non-stabilized pucks have helped keep pool water clean without adding to my above problem and getting me through the rest of the season.

I was switching from a Hayward salt system and I was disappointed that the fittings were not the same so I had to buy some to make it work. Instructions on dosing was lacking. Started way too high thinking I have a big pool however I think my constantly running variable speed pump probably injected too mucb chlorine. Got it down to dialed in to about 2-3. I'm happy with it and a lot cheaper than getting a new salt cell.

When I first called, a lady answered the phone. This is not a common occurrence these days. From my question, the receptionist concluded I needed the parts department. The lady who answered next knew exactly what I needed. She took the time to guide me through the website to the robot I ordered. The parts I ordered were delivered right when she said they would. It worked right out of the box. The controls are intuitive and the three modes work exactly as advertised. Instead of using my underwater cleaner every day, I only have to use it every third day now. The pool is clean and sparkling and it’s so late even my five year-old can lift it out of the pool.
was having problems with standard chlorine (Stabilized) pucks with Cyanuric acid build up. Opted for the HTH Extra chlorine (Unstabilized) pucks and the floating chlorinator. Chlorinator is very effective and the pucks disolve very well. Drop 2 pucks in the floating chlorinator and they last 7 to 10 days before needing to add more. So far the chlorine levels are terrific, pool water is crystal clear and the Cyanuric acid levels are where they should be. Great solution. Products arrived in a timely fashion and as ordered.

It’s great as it does the job but are you kidding me on the price? It’s literally all plastic. Then you are also told to throw half of it away because they provide different parts to make it universal. What an absolute racket.

Our Dolphin600 is 6 years old and last year the touch pad on the power supply box became brittle with sun exposure and the touch pad cracked and broke. The button under the cover screen still worked but after putting it away for the winter, under cover and in the garage, it just didn’t work when we brought it out this April. We had no issues with ordering and delivery of a new power supply box. The product works great! Just need to keep in mind to protect it from the elements.

This was delivered very quickly, was reasonably priced and is very effective. Was trying another brand and could not get the bromine to come up but this worked first day! Has a bit of an unpleasant odour I find.
